DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Local delivery is available for all gift baskets within a 25 mile radius of zip code 35242. Delivery is free. If you are located in surrounding areas such as Tuscaloosa or Montgomery, please contact us for a delivery estimate.
Shipping is available on most items (exceptions are noted on product page) through USPS and is determined by weight.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Every effort will be made to deliver the gift basket at the designated time. An accurate phone number of the recipient is required for all deliveries in order to contact if necessary to arrange delivery. If the recipient is not available at time of delivery we will attempt to leave in a safe area, with a neighbor or work associate.
Delivery to rural routes cannot be guaranteed.
Occasionally extremely warm temperatures may restrict the shipping of certain perishable items such as chocolates. Substitutions may be made at that time and an email notification will be sent to you for authorization of this substitution.
It may be necessary on occasion to make substitutions either in container or filler to your gift basket selection. It will always be of equal or greater value and if the substitution changes the characteristics of the overall basket appearance then an email notification will be sent to you for your approval. In the checkout process, there is a box for you to agree to this possibility.
